Tracey Carswell is a queer non-binary curator, educator, and artist committed to fostering meaningful connections through community-building. They invest in the growth and success of women, femme, queer, trans and gender non-conforming leaders in the jewelry and craft industries.
"My passion is leadership; empowering queer, trans, gender non-conforming, women, femme, Black, Indigenous, and Leaders of Color to fulfill their dreams and goals around creativity, career, relationships and self-expression; with a specialty in developing leaders and building teams, structures, and community. Empowering these leaders to fully express themselves and fulfill their dreams will transform the world.
I love working with people! I believe that communication creates relationships, and relationships enable personal and professional growth. This perspective allows me to be of service and provide growth opportunities for everyone I work with. My commitment to community building is the driving force behind the work that I do. Through coaching, support, and curation services, I empower individuals to achieve their goals and create meaningful connections within their communities.
